Absolutely amazing food, very comfortable atmosphere and very authentic. The Pho is incredible every time and very well priced. I can not recommend this places enough!!!

Outstanding experience! The food at Saigon Noodle and Bistro was absolutely delicious and felt truly authentic. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing—friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. This was much more than I expected, both in quality and service. You can tell they take pride in providing a great dining experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine! We will definitely return! 😊🍜🇻🇳

Very special and delicious. First time having skin on goat hot pot. No gamey smell/taste at all. Must try! The pan fry and fried quail are also delicious. We finished everything.

Such a great Vietnamese spot in Orlando! The interior is warm, cozy, and beautifully designed — it honestly feels like you’ve stepped into Vietnam. We started with fried dumplings, egg rolls, and fresh shrimp rolls, and everything was super fresh and full of flavor. The pho bo and tom yum were rich, comforting, and exactly what you want from a good soup. For mains, we had the combo pad Thai (so good!) and grilled pork with a spring roll — both were delicious and perfectly cooked. Portions are generous, and the overall experience was amazing. We definitely didn’t leave hungry. Highly recommend this place for a casual dinner or date night!

Wonderful experience, very traditional and authentic flavors. Bun bo Hue was the best I’ve had outside my own kitchen. Wonderful broth with all the little bits of lemongrass floating in there, protein was plentiful including the beef tendon which was fork tender. Bi cuon nho and cha gio nho appetizers were delicious, the former with pork skin are hard to find. Pho was great, too. Ca phe trung is another hard to find beverage and was delicious. Spent 20 minutes chatting with the server about Vietnamese cuisine and travel. Got some great recommendations for banh mi baguettes and banh cuon in Orlando as well. Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Will be back again for sure.
